- Daily support of Citrix and Mainframe clients incorporating installation, troubleshooting and configuration
- Daily remote support of operating system and applications for staff working from client sites as well as home offices
- Daily support of LAN/WAN security access to EDS environment for both intranet and file access. This includes the configuration of browsers software as well as domain access approvals
- Call logging, coordination and follow-up of all 3rd party hardware repairs for both Desktop and Laptop (IBM & Dell)
